At Qyren, we stand behind the quality of our artistic fin skins. Our goal is to ensure every diver can proudly display their "Soul in the Deep."

• "Accident Insurance" (The Qyren Guarantee): We know applying long fin skins can be tricky. If you accidentally damage the skin during the installation process (e.g., severe bubbles or misalignment), we provide one free replacement per order. Just send a clear photo of the damaged application to our support team within 14 days of delivery.

• 30-Day Color Integrity Warranty: Our materials are engineered for high-exposure environments. If you experience any non-human-induced fading or discoloration within 30 days of receiving the product, please contact us for a full refund or a free replacement.

• Returns: Due to the adhesive nature of the product, we do not accept returns once the backing paper has been removed, unless a quality defect is present. For unused products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
